February 25th - A Cinema evening - CineMe are coming to Kingsbury!
Fancy a night out at the Cinema without the hassle of travelling into town?
CineMe are providing an evening of first class short films made by talented Bristol filmmakers.
Last August we were invited to an evening of
documentary short films provided by CineMe in Bristol.
The films we saw were a fascinating mix of short
documentaries by Bristol’s thriving community of
film-makers, many of whom are local young people who have moved to Bristol to study and work.
We enjoyed every film presented, and found the evening
entertaining and thought provoking. We were impressed enough to make a second trip to Bristol to see an evening of animations, also presented by CineMe.
We’ve now booked CineMe to bring a mixed programme of short documentaries, animations and dramas to Kingsbury on Saturday 25th February, 8pm at Kingsbury Primary School.
Come and join us for a great night out, have a glass (or two) of wine, and see some excellent short films. There will be something for everyone.
